If you wish to return goods to us, you must do so within seven working days of the order date. All goods must be in perfect condition i.e. unworn, undamaged and with all original labels attached.
Returning goods ordered online:
If you wish to return an item ordered online, please return it to the following address in its original packaging. Please attach a note to the package explaining reasons for return and quoting the order number.

Receiving a refund for returned items:
We will need up to twenty-one days to process the refund after receipt and checking of returned items. The refund will be credited to the payment card used in the initial order and you will be informed of this transaction by e-mail once completed.
Cooling-off Period:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations and our general returns policy, you may cancel your purchase within seven working days of receipt of goods. A full refund will be provided with an additional charge of 10% of the full cost of the item(s) being returned. Goods must also be returned at your own cost. If unwanted items are not returned within fourteen days of delivery, we may arrange to collect them from you, again at your own cost.
Refund of Delivery Charges:
In the event of mistaken orders being delivered to you, or if you receive faulty or damaged goods from us, we will refund delivery charges for the items concerned. Similarly, we will refund delivery charges for cancellations made within the cooling-off period of seven working days.
