How long does delivery take?
Provided that we receive your order by 3pm, we will despatch your goods on the same day. We aim for our goods to be delivered within seven working days of the order being placed on mainland UK only, not including force majeure. Please contact us for information regarding delivery times for locations outside mainland UK.

Is my privacy protected?
We value your loyalty and want you to visit us again and again. That’s why we don’t give out any of your personal information to any non-affiliated third parties. Such third parties are required to maintain customer confidentiality.

How can I pay for my goods?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you require further details. You can pay online using our shopping basket, or make payments by post or telephone. Goods will be despatched only after payment has been received.

Can I return an order placed online?
Yes, providing that you do so within seven working days of our receipt of your order. All items must returned in their original condition i.e. undamaged, unworn, and with all original labels attached. Please note that there will be a 10% charge of the total value of returned items for this privilege. For items purchased in advance at Christmas or as gifts for special occasions, we are happy to provide a full refund, providing that the items are returned in their original condition. What happens if the item is not in stock?
For clothing and footwear, if an item is not available we will provide a full refund. However, we do have the facility to order further items of jewellery and watches if available, for which you should expect a short wait of approximately ten working days.

How secure is ordering online?
We aim to ensure that our website is as secure as possible at all times but please don’t forget that any transaction carried out online may not always be 100% secure.

Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, we do employ delivery charges which vary according to your location. Please see our Delivery Charges page for full details of charges in the UK mainland, in the rest of Europe, and outside of both of these areas. When purchasing over five items in any one order, delivery in mainland UK will be free of charge.

How long will it take to get a refund?
Please allow up to twenty-one working days after we have received and checked your returned goods. We will credit the credit/debit card used in the initial payment transaction. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as the transaction has been completed.

What happens if there’s a mistake with my order?
If items are sent to you in error, or you receive goods which are damaged, we will make a full refund of the delivery charges. We also refund delivery charges when you cancel an order within our cooling-off period of seven working days, although you will incur a charge of 10% of the total cost of the returned item(s). You can correct any online information at any point before you reach the final stage of the ordering process and click ‘submit’. After this, you will need to follow our normal returns policy.
